Use olive oil on pork steaks (or other binder). Season with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño Rub and Heath Riles BBQ Sweet Rub on both sides.
Place pork steaks on hot side of the grill and cook for 2 and a half minutes. Rotate pork steaks for grill marks and cook for another 2 and a half minutes. (Total of 5 minutes)
After 5 minutes, flip pork steak over and cook for 2 and a half minutes. Go ahead and sauce the cooked side of the pork steak with Heath Riles BBQ Sweet Sauce. Rotate pork steaks for grill marks and cook for another 2 and a half minutes. (Total of 5 minutes)
Move steaks to cooler side of the grill and sauce the unsauced side. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes to reach an internal temperature of at least 170º (or less if you prefer).
**NOTE: Thinner pork steaks will need less cooking time.
