Reverse Seared Tomahawk Ribeye on the PK Grill with Heath Riles

  • Season tomahawk ribeye with a medium coat of Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño Rub follow with a medium coat of Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub. Let rub sit for approximately 20 minutes. Before you put the steak on your PK Grill (or other grill of choice) add a light dusting of Heath Riles BBQ Pecan Rub.
  • Set up PK Grill (or other grill of choice) for a 2 zone fire. Allow grill to come up to temperature for at least 15-20 minutes before putting your steak on.
  • Grill to your desired tenderness (follow instructions in video).
