HEATH RILES BBQ LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

We are excited about our Loyalty Points Program - and hope you are too! 

Here is everything you need to know:

• An account is automatically created at your first checkout - that is why you might have received an email telling you that you have earned points.

• The email you use to checkout determines where the points go.

• We are not able to reward points for any purchases before the program began and we are not able to combine accounts.

• BIRTHDAYS - there is a required 30-day buffer for all birthday's entered - meaning, you are not able to claim the points for your birthday in the current year if your birthday is within 30 days of your entry date to the program. 

• To check your rewards points, click on the Rewards icon in the bottom right corner of any page on our website and login with the email address and password you used when signing up.

• To Redeem your points, Click on Order Discount and then use the slider to adjust how many points to use. Once you have done this you will be given a code to use during checkout.
